Yomna Abdelnasser is a Political Scientist turned Entrepreneur and Investor. She's worked previously in government and international organizations in Egypt, including UNWomen. She's also provided consultations to governmental stakeholders and partners, such as the Ministry of Women and Human Rights Development in Somalia. Also, she’s served as FAO’s World Food Forum Youth Representative for NENA region, where she provided regular consultations on food-related topics. Currently, she's the CEO of Empire Investments, A-Investments, and has established Egypt's first date-sugar venture, Dater. Also, as part of her passion for politics, Yomna has established a youth-focused digital-based think-tank, NG Next Generation. Yomna graduated from the American University in Cairo (AUC) in 2018, with two Bachelor of Arts degrees from AUC, one in Political Science, with a specialization in International Relations and the other in Communication and Media Arts. Yomna is a firm believer in constant development, whether professionally or personally, and aims to always leave a positive and powerful impact and imprint in any work she does and any life path she walks.
