Saad Bin Sarfraz

Pakistan

Saad bin Sarfraz is a master’s student in Public Policy and Governance with a keen interest in digital governance. He focuses on building systems that are inclusive, empathetic, and accountable, ensuring that technology and policies fairly serve all communities, with particular attention to gender equity. A graduate in English Literature from Government College University, Lahore, with a Roll of Honour and Certificate of Distinction in 2023, Saad brings a love for critical thinking and understanding diverse perspectives. Through research, teaching, and youth engagement, he strives to make governance more human-centered, transparent, and responsive to the needs of every individual.
