Nagawa Hellena Angella is a pharmacist, researcher and youth leader from Uganda. She is a passionate advocate for gender equality, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights and youth-centred policy engagement. Her work spans clinical pharmacy, community advocacy and global youth governance, with a strong focus on combating period poverty, promoting menstrual health and hygiene, preventing teenage pregnancies and supporting survivors of sexual and gender-based violence through psychosocial care. Hellena is the founder of EcoFlow Youth Initiative, where she works to amplify youth voices and advance inclusive, survivor-informed solutions that enable girls and young women to thrive with dignity and agency.
