Yasmine Ahmed Ezzat Hassan Aburaya

Egypt

Yasmine Aburaya is an Egyptian gender equality advocate and youth leader. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Your Voice Initiative Against Violence Against Women, where she leads youth-driven campaigns and training to prevent gender-based violence and advance sexual and reproductive health and rights, including comprehensive sexuality education. She is Youth Advisor to the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a Women of the South Speak Out (WOSSO) Fellow. With a background in international cooperation and human rights, Yasmine works across national and regional spaces to amplify feminist, survivor-centered, and youth-led approaches to policy and social change.
