Nkosinathi Dlamini is a youth leader, entrepreneur, climate advocate, and public relations student from Eswatini who is passionate about empowering young people through innovation, leadership, and sustainable development. He is the Founder and CEO of NagroTech and has represented Eswatini and Africa on international platforms through entrepreneurship and climate action. As a Climate Change Youth Parliamentarian, he actively promotes youth participation in environmental policy, green innovation, gender equality, and inclusive community development. Nkosinathi has received recognition for his leadership, including leading a nationally and continentally award-winning Junior Achievement company that represented Africa globally. He is committed to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals by championing climate action, gender equality, youth empowerment, and the use of technology and strategic communication to create lasting impact across Africa and beyond.
