Wasan Sa’ed Alnaimat is a Jordanian public policy and gender equality practitioner with over six years of experience in governance, peacebuilding, and inclusive political dialogue. Her work focuses on advancing gender equality, strengthening social accountability, and promoting youth and women’s participation through evidence-based analysis and constructive engagement. She has contributed to national and international initiatives addressing public sector reform, conflict-sensitive dialogue, and human rights in cooperation with regional and global partners. Wasan holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution, International Relations, and Diplomacy, and a diploma in Civil Society Organizations Management. She is committed to ethical representation and fostering balanced, context-sensitive dialogue that supports inclusive and sustainable peace.
