Ata Ullah

Bangladesh

Ata Ullah is a Rohingya refugee, youth advocate, and community organiser based in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. He is the founder of the NextGen Rohingya Network (NGRN), a youth-led initiative advancing access to education, digital literacy, and leadership for marginalised refugee youth. Ata’s work centres on amplifying young voices, promoting gender equity, and challenging structural barriers faced by displaced communities. Through advocacy, storytelling, and grassroots action, he supports inclusive youth leadership and believes that empowering young people—especially girls and women—is essential to building just, equitable, and peaceful societies.
