Louise Montaron
France
Louise is a French public policy professional specializing in gender equality, education, and international cooperation. She holds a Master's degree in International Governance and Diplomacy from Sciences Po, where she also completed an Advanced Certification in Gender Studies. Her work has taken her from grassroots community initiatives to the United Nations and the French Embassy in Brazil. Across these experiences, she has contributed to projects on feminist foreign policy, girls' education, women's empowerment, and youth engagement. She has also worked on gender-transformative approaches to project management, policy research, and international partnerships, notably with UNESCO and UNIDO. Louise is particularly interested in feminist foreign policy, gender-transformative public policies, and advancing women's representation in decision-making. She is driven by the conviction that meaningful policymaking emerges when international dialogue is grounded in local realities and when research, lived experience, and diverse perspectives are brought together to shape more equitable societies.
