Monroe Law is a high school senior, civic organizer, and student-athlete committed to justice, storytelling, and community care. She is the founder of Project Second Chance, an initiative focused on amplifying the voices of incarcerated individuals and supporting successful reentry through education, storytelling, and resource-building. A Carnegie Youth Civic Institute Fellow, Monroe has interviewed incarcerated individuals, led community-based research, and helped reach over 2,000 people through civic education and advocacy.
