Chiara Guerra is a legal professional specializing in public international and EU law, with expertise in human rights, environmental protection, and state responsibility. At the UN, she contributed to the work of the Office of Legal Affairs for the International Law Commission and the UNGA Sixth Committee. Chiara has represented youth and civil society in negotiations and plenary meetings at UNFCCC (SB62, COP30) and BBNJ (PrepCom) sessions, where she delivered interventions on behalf of the UN Major Group for Children and Youth. She held leadership roles in Amnesty International and youth policy networks worldwide. She is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English, and proficient in Spanish and French.
