Saudia Pina Mango is the Global Ambassador of Guinea-Bissau with the International Youth Council on Gender Equality (IYCGE) and the President and Co-Founder of Girls Leaders in Defense of the Environment (MELDA), where she champions youth-led climate action and gender equality. She is an alumna of the third cohort of the Global Academy of Women’s Leadership (2025) and serves as a Gender Focal Point for Health and Vaccines. As an independent consultant, she works on environmental education, gender, and climate change, and she is the African Youth Adaptation Network Focal Point with the Global Center on Adaptation, advancing inclusive and sustainable development.
