Martina Hartwig

Martina Hartwig is a sociologist, gender consultant, and feminist storyteller passionate about systemic change and intersectional equity. As a PhD candidate in Political Science at Complutense University of Madrid she studies gender backlash from a decolonial perspective, and is currently the founder of Entretejidas Gender Lab, a digital gender lab in Latin America dedicated to practitioner-led, community-rooted transformations. With seven years driving gender justice programs across Latin America and Europe, she has facilitated training for over 200 people in four countries, including key roles in Chile as National Coordinator of the Más Mujer Program at Corma, strengthening girls' and women's leadership in masculinized industries. As Chile's ambassador, she commits to amplifying young women's voices, fostering transnational alliances against gender inequalities, and advancing a world rooted in justice, equality, and opportunities for all.
