Stela Bernardino Feliciano

Mozambique 

Stela Bernardino Feliciano is a final-year medical student with clinical training and a strong interest in medical and clinical research, public health, gender equity, and the social determinants of health. She is a native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English. She is highly motivated to work in research-focused roles, as she values evidence-based practice, data analysis, and translating research into meaningful health impact. She actively engages in community health activities, chronic disease screening, and health education, reinforcing her commitment to health equity. She also has leadership and research literacy experience, with a clear interest in research-driven, impact-oriented medical work.

The International Youth Council on Gender Equality represents the voices of young leaders from around the world, working together to break down barriers and create lasting change.
