Maria is a Portuguese student of political science with an academic interest in human rights and social justice. Her areas of focus include women’s rights and climate justice, which she engages with through her involvement with organizations such as Amnesty International and Care About Climate. In addition to her academic and advocacy activities, she loves to spend time in nature and has recently developed an interest in anthropology. In the future, she aims to pursue research in the field of human rights, with a specific focus on climate justice.
