Andrés is an Economist with expertise in Local Economic Development from LSE. He also holds an Executive MBA and an MSc in Project Management. Based in London and Bogotá, he serves as Global Ambassador of Colombia at the International Youth Council on Gender Equality. He is a public speaker on inclusive development, governance, and SDG delivery. He is an expert in modelling and investment analysis linked to the energy transition. He is a member of Chatham House Common Futures Conversations in London and ranked among the most active members worldwide in 2025, engaging with global leaders. He enjoys squash, chess, and warm conversations.
