Sira Dalouse is a young professional and emerging changemaker, passionate about social impact, advocacy and entrepreneurship. She combines a background in accounting and management with strong community engagement to develop initiatives that empower women, youth, and local artisans. As a project lead and head of a small business (ODAS group) she works to promote African creativity, ethical production, and sustainable economic opportunities. As a young mother, she is deeply committed to inclusive development and gender-responsive solutions, striving to contribute to a future where local talent is valued and decent work is accessible to all.
