An Investigation into Gender Roles and Social Norms

The International Youth Council on Gender Equality is excited to announce the next Ambassadorial Conference, An Investigation into Gender Roles and Social Norms. ⚧️ 

Over three days, IYCGE Ambassadors will engage in meaningful discussions exploring the intersection of gender, society, and equality. Topics will include workplace equality, representation, leadership, economic inequality, caregiving, education, gender stereotypes, intersectionality, legal protections, and the evolving expectations of gender in society.

Through dialogue, collaboration, and shared perspectives from around the world, Ambassadors will examine how social norms shape opportunities, identities, and pathways toward a more equitable future.
