Adam Alkazely serves as the Executive Chairperson of the International Youth Council on Gender Equality (IYCGE), where he is responsible for leading the organization's founding vision, institutional development, and international expansion. As the Council's inaugural Chairperson, he works to cultivate a global network of young leaders committed to advancing gender equality, human rights, and inclusive policymaking across diverse cultural and political contexts.

A passionate advocate for civic engagement and social justice, Adam's work spans public policy, governance, community development, and youth leadership. Throughout his career, he has contributed to political offices at both the provincial and federal levels, supported humanitarian and advocacy initiatives, and advised organizations on strategy, partnerships, and long-term organizational growth. His experience encompasses campaign strategy, stakeholder relations, policy research, and the development of mission-driven institutions dedicated to creating meaningful social impact.
