The Research & Education Department serves as the intellectual and analytical engine of the International Youth Council on Gender Equality (IYCGE). Committed to fostering evidence-based advocacy, the department transforms research into meaningful insights that guide global and regional initiatives toward advancing gender equality.

At the center of the department’s work is Global Perspectives, IYCGE’s flagship annual report that compiles extensive data, field analysis, and regional studies on the state of gender equality worldwide. The team conducts rigorous research, develops educational materials, and collaborates with academic and policy institutions to produce accessible, data-driven reports and learning resources.

 

The department promotes educational outreach through workshops, training programs, and resource publications that empower youth and communities with knowledge and awareness.
