Head of Department: Magdalena Rölver, Director of Strategic Partnerships
The Strategic Partnerships Department serves as the collaborative and diplomatic hub of the International Youth Council on Gender Equality (IYCGE). Dedicated to expanding IYCGE’s global reach, the department builds alliances with NGOs, corporate entities, and international institutions to strengthen advocacy and accelerate progress toward gender equality.
At the core of the department’s work lies partnership development and accountability. The team oversees corporate social responsibility collaborations, NGO partnerships, and institutional alliances, ensuring each engagement aligns with IYCGE’s mission and ethical standards through a comprehensive due diligence framework.
The department nurtures long-term collaborations that support shared initiatives, funding opportunities, and global campaigns.
Senior Strategic Partnerships Interns
Senior Interns in the Strategic Partnerships Department assist in identifying potential collaborators, conducting preliminary outreach, and supporting the development of partnership proposals. They help evaluate organizations through due-diligence research to ensure alignment with IYCGE’s mission and ethical standards.
